Member Information

This board is comprised of 7 members (2 alternates). View Ordinance Number 1370 (PDF). Persons serving on this board must be a city resident and cannot hold any other elected office or be a City employee during their term of office. No member will serve if obligated to the city for any recorded lien, fine, judgment, or if there is a code enforcement violation which has remained unresolved for 60 days or more, without an appeal being taken.

About the Board

The Board of Adjustment, established by Ordinance 972 on August 26, 1997, makes recommendations on requests for special exceptions and variances, as well as administrative appeals.
