Information on Agreement with Waste Pro
On February 14, 2012, the Mayor and City Council of North Miami passed and adopted Resolution Number R-2012-18, authorizing the City Manager to execute an agreement with Waste Pro of Florida, Inc, for the provision of waste management services. The resulting agreement between the City and Waste Pro commenced on March 1, 2012, for a period of five years. On September 26, 2017, the Mayor and City Council of North Miami passed and adopted Resolution Number 2017-R-107, authorizing the City Manager and City Attorney to execute an amendment to the agreement with Waste Pro Of Florida, Inc. The resulting amended agreement between the City and Waste Pro commenced on November 1, 2017, for a period of 15 months.
