Emergency Paint Program
The intent of the Paint Program is to beautify and satisfy potential or existing code violations of owner-occupied homes within the City of North Miami. This program provides a one-time emergency paint repair assistance of up to six thousand dollars ($6,000.00) for single family or duplex. Homeowners are considered eligible if their total household income does not exceed 80% of the area median income (AMI). Funding for the program is provided by HUD through the Community Development Block Grant (CDBG) as a grant with no repayment requirement.
An eligible participant will select their colors to be approved by the Housing & Social Services Department, as they must be in compliance with the City’s color chart.
Applications are available year-round until funds are depleted.
