The City of North Miami is committed to supporting a flood-resilient community. As part of that effort, we’ve partnered with Forerunner, a geospatial platform that makes it easier than ever to access flood risk information specific to individual properties.
Through the Public Flood Risk Portal, residents, property owners, developers, contractors, and real estate or insurance professionals can find essential property-level data and documents in just a few clicks.

Every property in North Miami has a unique public profile. Simply enter an address to find:

North Miami uses Forerunner to help manage participation in FEMA’s National Flood Insurance Program (NFIP) through the Community Rating System (CRS). Our community’s CRS rating allows property owners to receive discounted flood insurance premiums—helping to save thousands of dollars annually citywide.
