Prior to completing the City of North Miami’s Film & Photography Permit Application you must first apply for a Film/Photo Permit through Filmiami.org - Miami-Dade County Film & Entertainment Office. Once the Miami-Dade Office of Film & Entertainment has reviewed their application, a link to this page will be provided to proceed in completing the City of North Miami’s permit application. Please note, that the submittal of the City’s permit application must be completed at least 3 business days prior to production.

    2. this application is being submitted at least 3 business days prior to the production,
    3. your application will not be signed in the sense of a traditional paper document,
    4. by signing in this alternate manner, you authorize your electronic signature to be valid and binding upon you to the same force and effect as a handwritten signature, and
    5. you may still be required to provide a traditional signature at a later date.

I acknowledge that I shall indemnify and hold harmless the City of North Miami, its officers, employees, agents and instrumentalities from any liability, losses, or damages, including attorney fees and costs of defense, which the City or its officers, employees, agents or instrumentalities may incur as a result of claims, demands, suits, causes of actions or proceedings of any kind arising out of or relating from the performance of this Permit by the Permitee or its employees, agents, servants, partners, principals, subcontractors, or vendors. I have read the requirements and agree to abide by the City's Administrative Regulation 00-51. Failure o do so will delay the film & print permitting process and may result in a violation subjecting the offender to fines stated in the administrative regulations.
