Development in District 2
Developments are underway throughout the City of North Miami in an effort to combat the housing crisis in South Florida. There are three steps before a development can start. In Step 1 the developers are in the planning phase and should be having discussions with the community for feedback. Step 2 would be to get Council approval. If approved, the project may begin construction. Here’s a list of development taking place in District 2.
