NORTH MIAMI, FL (September 15, 2025)
The City of North Miami is proud to announce its annual celebration of Hispanic Heritage Month, taking place from September 6 through October 11, 2025. Guided by this year’s theme, Lazos Familiares (Family Ties), the month-long festivities highlight the unity, traditions, and cultural pride that strengthen families and communities across North Miami.
“Hispanic Heritage Month provides a meaningful opportunity to honor the traditions and talents that enrich our City,” said Vice Mayor Kassandra Timothe, MPA, Chair of the Hispanic Heritage Month Committee. “The City of North Miami’s ongoing attempt to honor the diverse cultures of its population provides for additional teachings and integration among individuals from various origins.”
Hispanic Heritage Month is not just about one type of event. It's a diverse celebration that caters to a wide range of interests.
