NORTH MIAMI, FL (July 17, 2025)
The City of North Miami’s Housing and Social Services Department will host its first-ever Housing and Social Services Community Fair on Friday, July 18, from 10 a.m. to 1 p.m., at the Joe Celestin Community Center, 1525 NW 135th Street, North Miami, FL 33167.
The event is free and open to the public. It is designed to connect North Miami residents with vital services and resources that support family stability, economic well-being, and improved quality of life. More than 20 vendors and agencies will be on site offering information and direct support related to housing assistance, food security, financial literacy, senior services, youth programs, healthcare access, and more.
Attendees can participate in a walk-thru food distribution, where nonperishable items and fresh produce will be available. Bringing personal reusable bags or carts is strongly recommended. Free backpacks with school supplies will be distributed to children. Families can enjoy face painting, music, and live DJ entertainment throughout the day.
All services and giveaways are available on a first come, first served basis. The food distribution is presented in partnership with Farm Share, Inc., an equal opportunity provider.
This event is part of the City's ongoing efforts to provide accessible, community-based support that addresses both immediate and long-term needs for residents across North Miami and surrounding neighborhoods.
