Councilman Pierre Frantz Charles, M.Ed. to Host District 4 Town Hall Held at the Sunkist Grove community center
NORTH MIAMI, FL (October 21, 2025)
Councilman Pierre Frantz Charles, M.Ed., will host a District 4 Town Hall on Thursday, Oct. 23, 2025, from 6 to 8 p.m., at the Sunkist Grove Community Center, 12500 NW 13th Ave., North Miami, FL 33167. This is a unique opportunity for residents to hear updates, ask questions, and connect with City and County representatives about resources that impact District 4.

- Learn about District 4 Fiscal Year 2025–2026 budget allocations.

- Receive the application to apply for up to $60,000 in home repairs through available Housing and Social Services assistance programs; representatives from the City’s Housing Division and the North Miami CRA will be on site to answer application process questions.
