Sans Souci Boulevard Traffic Calming

The City of North Miami will engage with professional services to provide recommendations for traffic calming along Sans Souci Boulevard.

Traffic Calming Study

The City of North Miami is conducting a Traffic Calming Study to identify operational issues related to cut-through and speeding traffic, as well as to evaluate the impact of various traffic-calming treatments.

Vision Zero Safety Action Plan

City envisions an Action Plan that will highlight its priorities and strategies to improve the safety of its roadways, sidewalks, and bike facilities. The Action Plan will significantly reduce facilities and serious injuries and ultimately establish a goal of zero fatalities and serious injuries in the City of North Miami.

North Miami Bridge Repairs Project

The City of North Miami will begin safety repairs on two Keystone Bridges located on North Bay Shore Drive North of NE 123 Street and North of Keystone Boulevard.

This project will commence on October 4, 2021 and is scheduled for completion on February 16, 2022. There will be important safety improvements performed on the bridges to enhance public safety and bridge life.

Most of the work will be done under the bridges but when necessary, a traffic lane will be closed with a flagger directing traffic in both directions. We apologize for any inconvenience this may cause you during the construction period.
