The City of North Miami makes the following information public through a lien search:
- Utility Services – any recorded liens and/or amounts due for water, sewer, sanitation, and stormwater.
- Special Assessments - any recorded liens and other dues.
- Code Compliance – any violation tickets, liens, and other dues.
To request a lien search:
Submit the Lien Search Request Form (PDF) and the required fee, payable to the City of North Miami.
Please submit it in person or by mail to the attention of:
