The NoMi Water Bill Assistance Program provides emergency assistance to the eligible City of North Miami residents on a first come, first serve basis to make past due utility payments for water and sewer as a result of the financial difficulties of the family.
Eligible Criteria for Receiving Service
- Must reside in the City of North Miami
- Must be two billing cycles or more in arrears based on their average bill
- Eligible financial hardship
