The City of North Miami is now accepting Golden Passport Applications

What to bring

Applicants* 65 years of age and over must bring their:

  • Current valid Florida ID or driver’s license with a Miami-Dade County physical address.
  • Social Security card

Applicants* 64 years of age and younger must bring their:

  • Social Security card
  • Current valid Florida ID or driver’s license with a Miami-Dade County physical address.
  • Current printout from the Social Security Administration verifying eligibility (Note: Proof of continued eligibility must be provided annually until the applicant turns 65 years old).
  • Eligible children must have a valid Miami-Dade County school ID, or valid Florida ID, or a driver’s license with a Miami-Dade County physical address.

Customer service specialists are available Monday – Friday, from 8 a.m. to 5 p.m. Closed on weekends and County-observed holidays.
