The Code Compliance Department will be temporarily re-located, with limited services, to the Griffing Community Center, 12220 Griffing Boulevard, North Miami, FL 33161.

Beginning Monday, April 12, 2021
The Department’s permanent location will be at 12330 NE 8 Avenue, North Miami, FL 33161.

Friday, March 19, 2021 will be the last day the Customer Service Center will receive and service customers.

Business Tax Receipt and Utility Billing

Beginning Monday, March 22, 2021

The Business Tax Receipt clerk will be located at the Community Planning & Development Department, 12400 NE 8 Avenue, , North Miami, FL 33161.
The Utility Billing Services office is moving to North Miami City Hall, 776 NE 125 Street, , North Miami, FL 33161.

Friday, March 19, 2021 will be the last day the Customer Service Center will receive and service customers.
