The City of North Miami is dedicated to Sustainable Development. Provisions in the Land Development Regulations (Chapter 29 of the North Miami Code of Ordinances), and the City’s 2015-Adopted Comprehensive Plan are intended to define priorities in the years to come as well as serve as the foundation for design review and decision-making by Community Planning and Development Department Staff.
