NoMi Insider: On the Set

Introduced by the City of North Miami’s Communications Department in 2025, NoMi Insider: On the Set, keeps the community informed through a series of interview segments with community leaders about city resources and activities. This weekly show is filmed in North Miami, at the Florida International University, Biscayne Bay Campus, with support by students from the Lee Caplin School of Journalism and Media.

We've got another episode of NoMi Insider on the Set!
While Sa'Vanna Dre' Smith is our usual host, this episode features Communications Director Eunicia Baker sitting down with her former Public Information Office colleague—now Vice Mayor Kassandra Timothe, MPA. Together, they revisited their PIO days and broke down real results: a family-friendly Tot Lot, essential updates regarding tree trimming, advocacy for women and children, and the upcoming Teach to Fish Business Summit, which caters to local businesses.
For a special treat, we've included the full version of the "Get to NoMi" song!
