- 2 Hour Decoration Block: $75 (This only applies to an 8 hour reservation)

Facility Requirements
- All reservations that run past 11 pm require you to hire two North Miami Police Officers, and must be reserved through the North Miami Police Department. The Center closes at 2 am.
- The permits are non-transferable and good only on date specified.
- Rentals less than 30 days are subject to staff availability and must be paid in full.
Capacity & Equipment
- 200 people (Tables and Chairs): Tables are 30 by 60 inches round seating 8 people at each.
- 250 people (Chairs only): 7 by 8 feet rectangle table, seats 8 people and 2 by 6 feet rectangle, seats 6 people
- Stage Rises: 4 by 4 by 8 feet stages
