Residents may park no more than two vehicles on the public right-of-way, parallel to traffic. Whether or not the resident uses the right-of-way for parking, they must maintain it.

The City addresses the violation notice to the property owner; however, tenants should confer with their landlord on specific contractual obligations.

Rental advertisements for a period of less than 3 months are prohibited. Rentals for a period of 3 months or less, or renting/leasing more than 4 times in a twelve month period is prohibited.
