A workshop on integrating meditation into everyday life

Join us for an 8-week workshop on meditation at the library!

 

You will have the opportunity to explore various types of meditation.

Mediation instructor Beatriz Amador, MS, Reiki Master, will guide you through each session, providing support and answering any questions you may have along the way.

No prior experience is necessary

Whether you are new to meditation or have been practicing for years, this workshop is designed to help you deepen your understanding and experience of meditation.
