Emergency Mortgage Assistance Program

Through a CARES Act grant funded by the U.S. Housing & Urban Development (HUD), City of North Miami is offering mortgage assistance program up to $5,000, not to exceed six months of mortgage payments.

This includes late mortgage payments, late fees and PITI (principal, interest, taxes and insurance) to prevent foreclosure.

Applications will be available on Tuesday, September 14, 2021.

Eligibility & Assistance Limits

Mortgage assistance is offered to City of North Miami homeowners who are late in their payment or at-risk of foreclosure. If eligible, they may received up to $5,000, not to exceed six months of mortgage payments.

Submit your completed application, with all required documents in person and by appointment only. 

Incomplete applications will not be accepted.
