COVID-19 Service Adjustments

As we face the COVID-19 pandemic, the North Miami Code Enforcement team remains committed to the health, safety and welfare of our residents and staff. Our team continues to support our community through modified business practices emphasizing essential inspections, which include life and safety issues, sanitation and customer complaints. 

Due to limited staffing numbers, neighborhood Code Officers are now responding to inspection request calls Citywide. Community members are asked to allow up to 72-hours for the Code Compliance Department to perform inspections and follow-up calls to reporting parties. Your patience is appreciated as we make safety adjustments. 

Important Update

The Code Compliance Department will resume its Special Magistrate Hearings virtually, via Zoom.
