Welcome to the District 3 webpage! I am honored to serve as your representative and I will continue to work tirelessly on your behalf.
District 3 encompasses the central area of North Miami subdivisions include areas such as Breezeswept Estates, Griffing Estates, Capri Gardens, and Irons Manor. The most northern point of District 3 starts at Northeast 149 Street, to the most Southern point of Northeast 119 Street between North Miami Avenue and West Dixie Highway.

On June 11, 2019, Councilwoman Mary Estimé-Irvin was elected to serve District 3 residents in the City of North Miami.
Mary Estimé-Irvin is a proud PTSA mom, an accomplished business leader and a devoted civic advocate. She is the current Managing Partner of Estimé & Irvin Consulting, LLC and former President and Chief Executive Officer of E&I Associates, a South Florida-based staffing and recruiting agency. Prior to founding Estime & Irvin Associates, Mary worked in various leadership roles in the non-profit business sector and several political campaigns.
Mary was born and raised in New York City. In the late 1980s, her parents relocated to the city of North Miami and the rest is history. As a North Miami District 3 resident, Mary served as a member of several business and community boards, including Secretary of the North Miami PAL, Chair of the North Miami Personnel Board, North Miami Senior Foundation, North Miami Chamber of Commerce, Vice Chair of North Miami Community Redevelopment Agency Advisory Board and Secretary of the North Miami Educational Foundation. She is an alumni of North Miami Senior High School and studied Management and International Business at Florida International University.
Mary is known for her work in promoting community interests. Her dedication and activism earned her much recognition from community leaders and residents. Her areas of focus include education, minority businesses, and neighborhood safety.
Mary is a strong believer in the importance of family. She loves her son, Patrick and wants to make our community a better place for future generations to grow and prosper. As Councilwoman, Mary’s top priority is improving the quality of life for all North Miami residents.
