WEATHER ALERT The North Miami Division of Emergency Management continues to monitor Tropical Storm Nicole. This storm is currently located in the Caribbean and is moving WSW at 13 MPH with sustained winds of 70 MPH. Tropical Storm Nicole is expected to make landfall around the Palm Beach area as a Category 1 hurricane either late tonight or early Thursday morning.
