The North Miami Parks and Recreation will host its annual Halloween Haunted Trails & Family Fun Zone event on Saturday, October 27, 2012 at Enchanted Forest Elaine Gordon Park, located at 1725 NE 135 Street, in North Miami. Due to the effects of tropical storm Sandy, the event had to be postponed by a day.

The event will start at 7 p.m. and will run until 11p.m. Admission cost is $5 per person ages 4 and over and children ages 3 and under get in at no cost. Pre-sale tickets are on sale at the North Miami Parks and Recreation Department, located at 12300 NE 8 Avenue. Buy 4 tickets and get one ticket for free! Pre-sale tickets will be available until 5 p.m. on Friday, October 26th, 2012.

Entertainment will be provided by DJ Lumoney as well as a special ghoulish performance by S Foundation Dancers.  Children will be able to enjoy a not so spooky hay ride, games, and fun activities, such as a costume contest. Food and refreshments will be available for purchase. FREE parking will be provided at Johnson & Wales University, located at 1701 NE 127 Street, North Miami, as well as a FREE shuttle service to the park.
