NORTH MIAMI COUNCILMAN PHILIPPE BIEN-AIME AND AHED HONOR EDUCATORS AT APPRECIATION BREAKFAST

The
City of North Miami’s District 3 Councilman, Philippe Bien-Aime and the
Association of Haitian Educators of Dade (AHED), will co-host the 8th
Annual Back to School Breakfast on Saturday, October 6. For the past three
years, Bien-Aime and AHED have partnered to express support and appreciation of
our community’s educators for investing in the futures of local children.
Saturday’s breakfast will be emceed by Karen Andre, Former White House Liaison
to the U.S. Department of Housing and Urban Development. Florida State Senator
Oscar Braynon, III, will provide the keynote address. School Board members,
Drs. Steven Gallon, III, and Dorothy Bendross-Mindingall will give updates on
behalf of Miami Dade County Public Schools.
