COUNCILMAN PHILIPPE BIEN-AIME TO RECOGNIZE BREAST CANCER SURVIVORS AT THE 2nd ANNUAL HEALTH AND WELL

North Miami, FL – 10/26/2017

Join Councilman Philippe Bien-Aime in partnership with MJD Wellness and Community Center, the Florida Immigrant Coalition, the Haitian Lawyers Association and Lakay Food Company at the 2nd Annual Health and Wellness Fair and Citizenship Drive. The event will take place on Saturday, October 28th from 9 a.m. to 5 p.m. at Griffing Park and Community Center in North Miami. The fair will feature free health screenings for children and adults, special recognition of all breast cancer survivors, bounce houses, games, face painting, and a food distribution. New to the event this year are live musical entertainment by DISIP, DJ Ground, Revelation Music group, Obri Blag, ChenChen and cooking demonstrations by Chef Thia. Representatives from the Florida Immigrant Coalition and the Haitian Lawyers Association will also be onsite to help residents with the naturalization application process and FEMA Disaster Assistance.
