3 INCUMBENTS TO TAKE THE OATH AT INDUCTION CEREMONY ON MAY 23

North Miami, FL – 5/22/2017

The city of North Miami will host an induction ceremony on Tuesday, May 23, at 6:30 p.m. in the MOCA Plaza, for three incumbents who won the May 9 election.    

During the ceremony, North Miami’s Mayor, Dr. Smith Joseph., D.O., Pharm.D., Councilwoman Carol Keys, Esq., District 2 and Councilman Philippe Bien-Aime, District 3, will take the oath of office. The results of the May 9 election will be certified pursuant to the City’s charter.    

The ceremony will be conducted as an official meeting of the City Council, with additions such as: the presentation of colors by the North Miami Police Department Honor Guard, musical selections by Dorloushie Ambroise of Heavenly Angels School and Carnide Thermidor, and an inter-faith invocation led by Rabbi Jory Lang of the Beth Moshe Congregation and Pastor Appolinaire Bayoro of the Full Gospel Tabernacle International Ministries.
