Annual Book Sale February 12-14, 2016

Readers and book lovers have a unique opportunity to add to their collections, knowledge-base and pure pleasure reading materials.  The Annual Book Sale by the Friends of the North Miami Public Library will take place on Friday, February 12th, through Sunday, February 14th. Visitors will find tremendous bargains and unexpected treasures at the North Miami Public Library located at 835 N.E. 132 Street. Each year, attendees enjoy amazing bargains of little treasures, rare books, first editions, autographed copies, collectibles, and other items.   

This year, there will be a preview event on Friday, February 12th from 6:00 - 8:00 p.m., where members and prospective members can preview the huge selection of sale items and make their selections early.  Anyone interested in joining the Friends of the North Miami Public Library, annual membership is $10 per person, may do so on Friday evening and be immediately admitted to the pre-sale event.  

The Friends of the North Miami Public Library, a non-profit organization, is funded by book sale events, private donations and through endowment from the Miami Foundation. Proceeds from the Annual Book Sale are specifically earmarked for programs and community events including a free monthly Science Camp for fifth graders, adult book club, and summer reading programs with great prizes.
