The 183.85 acre site formerly known as Biscayne Landing is the largest tract of undeveloped land in northeastern Miami-Dade County.  This webpage will provide continual information on the city of North Miami’s RFP process to find a suitable development for this site. 

Located mid-way between Miami and Ft. Lauderdale, this site is situated in a desired portion of the largest metropolitan area of Florida, within walking distance to David Lawrence K-8 Center, the Alonzo and Tracy Mourning High School – Biscayne Bay campus, Florida International University – Biscayne Bay Campus and a large number of retail along Biscayne Boulevard / US1.  The site is also situated near Biscayne Bay and Florida’s largest urban park, Oleta River State Park.

In general, this site is located East of US1/Biscayne Boulevard, South of NE 151 Street, North of 135 Street, and west of the Biscayne Bay Environmental Preserve.
