Annual Membership: FREE for North Miami Residents/$20 Non-Residents
Adult Programs: 9:30 a.m. - 3:00 p.m. Monday - Friday; Weekends as scheduled. Griffing Adult Center offers various social activities and recreation classes for adults ages 18 & over throughout the year. The Center’s activities include health and wellness programs, a quilting and garden club, trips, parties, bingo and card games, special holiday events and shuffleboard. Classes are offered in decorative art, jewelry/beading and yarn crafts. To participate in certain programs, you must be a member of Griffing Center. Memberships are renewed each January. For details, call Meri Cena at 305.893.3771. Teen and Youth Programs: 3:30 p.m. - 8:00 p.m. Monday - Friday.
For youth ages 14 - 18 years old: Teens can join our Teens In Action Program, become volunteers, and earn their community service hours for graduation requirements. They will gain life skills through the different workshops, activities and projects. Meetings are held every Friday at 4 p.m. For information call Shacora at 305.893.3771.
