2nd Annual Haitian American Amateur Championship (H.A.A.C.)Golf Tournament & Luncheon

A golf tournament and luncheon to benefit the Golf Federation of Haiti Sister Cities Program and its goal to build a driving range and 3-hole golf course practice facility at Haiti’s Olympic Sports Complex in Port-au-Prince.

The Urban Artists of Port-au-Prince, brings together the work of over 20 artists working in the Haitian capital. On view May 1 to August 11, 2019, the exhibition highlights Port-au-Prince’s many diverse centers of cultural production, informal street life, religious heritage and mythologies to create a compelling portrait of a historically significant and intensely complex city in flux.

Museum Hours: Monday: closed , Tuesday - Friday: 10:00 a.m.-5:00 p.m., Saturday - Sunday: 11:00 a.m.-5:00 p.m.

The North Miami Memory Project - A Historical Exhibit and Program Series

The Greater North Miami Historical Society, Florida International University Libraries, and the North Miami Public Library invite you to enjoy this interactive exhibit of framed photographs from the 1940s-1960s and oral histories of North Miamians from the StoryCorps project.

Learn what it was to live in the City of North Miami from the very early days to the 1980s.
