for the Florida Department of Children and
Families. Mr. Blynn has three children.

He graduated Cum Laude from the University of Miami Law School

Professional
Mr. Blynn has been in private law practice in the North-Miami Dade
county area since 1980. He is also a licensed real estate and
mortgage broker.

Civic
North Miami City Council, first elected in May 1999. Re-elected in May 2005. Current term will expire in May 2009.

Mr. Blynn has been a member of several organizations, including the North Dade Bar Association, Greater North Miami Chamber of Commerce, Temple Beth Moshe Congregation, Boy Scouts of America, and the North Miami Code Enforcement and Youth Opportunity Boards.
