  • TAB Q - Proposed ordinance (2nd reading) repealing in its entirety, Chapter 4 of the Code of Ordinances, entitled "Animals" and substituting in lieu thereof, a new Chapter 4 entitled "Animal Control," to include definitions of terms pertaining thereto; prohibiting animals at large; authorizing impoundment of certain animals; prohibiting cruelty, neglect or abandonment of animals; prohibiting the keeping of fowl, poultry, wild animals, or farm animals; prohibiting the feeding of wild animals; authorizing confinement of dangerous, vicious or fierce animals; limiting the number of dogs and cats allowed; requiring rabies vaccinations and license tags; prohibiting public nuisance; providing for enforcement
  • TAB R - Proposed ordinance (2nd reading) repealing in its entirety, Chapter 3 of the Code of Ordinances, entitled "Alcoholic Beverages" and substituting in lieu thereof, a new Chapter 3 entitled "Alcoholic Beverages," to include definitions of terms pertaining thereto; setting forth an application and investigation process for applicants, providing standards for the provision of music and entertainment; delineating the hours during which sales are allowed; providing distance separation requirements; restricting consumption in public places; providing for enforcement
  • TAB S - Proposed ordinance (1st reading) amending Chapter 13 "Offenses" by creating Article IV, "Dangerous Intersection Safety", providing for intent and definitions; establishing an enforcement program within the city; authorizing the city to permit and implement the use of unmanned cameras/recorded image monitoring devices for red light infractions, providing enforcement procedures utilizing the code enforcement mechanism, including notice, appeal hearings, penalties, imposition of administrative charges and collection; providing for exceptions
