Welcome to the Clerk’s Office of the City of North Miami!  Thank you for taking the time to visit our site.  The City Clerk is elected at-large (citywide) and serves a four-year term.  The City Clerk’s Office is a public service office that performs a wide variety of department functions and citizen services.  The main function of the Clerk is serving as the official records custodian and verification officer of all official records and laws enacted by the City Council.  Additionally, the Clerk is responsible for keeping the minutes and producing transcripts of the proceedings of the City Council and other City boards and committee; maintaining the City’s Code of Ordinances and serves as the supervisor of elections.

We are dedicated to providing to our citizens the best transparent and efficient service possible. We want to be an example of open government at its best.
