C P & D - Administration

The Administrative Section is responsible for the direction and coordination of all growth and development and redevelopment related programs. The director oversees the operations of the Department's five sections: the Building and Zoning Section, the Code Enforcement Section, Economic Development Section, Housing and Community Development Section and Planning Section. The Director makes policy decisions for the Department, makes final interpretations of the Zoning Code of Ordinances, and is responsible for coordinating and monitoring the budgets for all Sections and programs within the Department.
