ATTENTION UTILITY BILL CUSTOMER – Double Check Return Envelopes Before Mailing

North Miami utility accounts beginning with “08 or “10” received the wrong return envelope enclosed in their most recent bills. The window will display your mailing address, rather than the address for the City’s bill payment. Please double check your bill remittance prior to placing it in the mail.
Please do not use the enclosed envelope if the proper address does not show through the window. The vendor that handles the bill processing, High Cotton, is currently resending bills to all affected accounts from section “08” and “10”. The reprinted bills will receive a notice about the incorrect remittance envelope and “Reprint” printed on the bill.
You may post payment immediately by placing the statement receipt and payment into a standard envelope addressed to:

Or you may choose to wait to receive the “reprint” bill to post payment. We apologize for the inconvenience this may cause to you.
